UU Justice Sunday 2017

As Unitarian Universalists, our UU denomination asks us to lend our support to marginalized communities, targeted because of who they are, particularly because of their religion, race, refugee or immigrant status. This service will draw on the history of immigrants to the U.S. and the success of the Hmong people of our local community, while spotlighting recent dramatic administrative efforts to enforce immigration restrictions and the travel ban, as well as the hard dilemma for asylum seekers. Members of SPUUF’s Social Justice Committee will present the service.
