The Beginning Anew Tradition, from the Buddhist Teacher Thich That Hanh, along with songs will be introduced to connect you to your own loving essence.

Taizan Alford, an ordained Buddhist priest, has been immersed in world of mediation and yoga since 1982 and has been a member of the Fox Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Appleton since 1998. Taizan taught yoga from 1998-2016. Ordained as a Buddhist priest in the Soto Zen tradition, at Clouds in Water Zen Center in September of 2016, Taizan seeks to alleviate suffering in as many ways as possible in the world. A singer-songwriter since childhood, Taizan writes songs that go to the heart of things.

Miss Bianca will lead Religious Exploration class for school-age children and Kelly Tielens will provide childcare for younger children.
