Those two words are associated with a diversity of meanings, from an intensely destructive emotion in the coming out process, to the reconciling message of queer theology, and even a political movement. Ultimately, the words identify a process of healing – individually or societally.

UUs Who Fought for Women’s Rights

To celebrate 100 years of votes for women, members of the Fellowship’s women’s group will highlight the lives of Unitarian and Universalist women who were active in the suffrage movement, including Olympia Brown, the first woman ordained as a Universalist minister.
